At Skinrhythm Dermatique Private Limited, we aim to maintain transparency in all manufacturing and business transactions.

As we operate in cosmetic manufacturing and private label production, refund and cancellation terms vary depending on project stage and production status.

 

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation request submitted before production begins
  • Packaging procurement has not started
  • Raw material sourcing has not been initiated

Once production or formulation development begins, cancellation may not be permitted.

 

2. Advance Payments

Advance payments made for:

  • Product development
  • Custom formulation
  • Packaging procurement
  • Sampling
  • Manufacturing slot booking

may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on project progress.

 

3. Custom Formulation Projects

For custom cosmetic development:

  • Research and development charges are non-refundable
  • Trial formulation costs are non-refundable
  • Laboratory testing costs are non-refundable

These costs cover technical development and formulation work.

 

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Production has not commenced
  • Payment was processed in error
  • Order cannot be fulfilled due to operational limitations

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

 

5. Manufacturing & Bulk Orders

Due to the nature of bulk cosmetic manufacturing:

  • Opened products cannot be returned
  • Customized products are non-returnable
  • Private label products cannot be refunded after approval
  • Approved packaging materials cannot be cancelled after procurement.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If you receive:

  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect shipment
  • Packaging defects caused during dispatch

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting photos may be required for evaluation.

 

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • Shipment error occurred from our side
  • Wrong product was dispatched
  • Packaging damage occurred due to operational handling

 

8. Policy Updates

Skinrhythm Dermatique Private Limited reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
